Sometimes its really quite hard to read your own feelings. It's much easier to tuck them away into the forgotten folds of your brain until you feel as though you have no reason to be scared or ashamed or sad or angry; then they come out of you full force and push the people you were trying so hard to not feel afraid of, or angry with-away. Its as if, subconsciously, you're searching for reasons to make them leave you before you get yourself broken, and then they actually do. By then you're more broken than you were in the beginning.


Know your own feelings before you give them to someone else.
